The service

Clearly Screen provides a calm start page and management environment for someone you care for. Hosted in the EU, no advertising, no resale of data.

Price and trial

£9.95 per month including VAT. Billed monthly via Stripe (credit card or direct debit).

30 days free trial. No charges during the trial. The paid subscription starts automatically on day 31 unless you cancel before then.

Cancellation

Cancel any time with one click from your admin account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the running billing period. All data is permanently deleted within 30 days after cancellation.

Use

You use Clearly Screen for legitimate personal purposes. You agree the person who will use the start page is informed and consents. You don't use Clearly Screen for impersonation, fraud, illegal content or abuse.

Liability

Clearly Screen is offered as-is. We do everything to keep it available and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

Not a medical alarm

Clearly Screen is not a medical device. The HELP button sends an SMS to family, not an ambulance. In medical emergencies always call 112 (or your local emergency number).

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance by email. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

Law and jurisdiction

EU consumer protections apply where you live. Beyond those, this agreement is governed by Dutch law and any remaining disputes go to the Dutch court in Amsterdam.
