How it works
From signup to setup in four steps. You're done in 10 minutes.
Create a profile
Fill in the user's name and set a PIN. One minute of work. No long forms.
Add buttons and contacts
Bank, government, doctor, news, family. Whatever is used daily. Photo-contacts for children and grandchildren. A ready-made set helps you get started.
Install on the user's computer
Download the free Clearly Screen app for Windows and pair it once with the profile code and PIN. On startup the user sees their personal screen right away. No learning curve, no pop-ups, no getting lost.
Manage and follow remotely
Adjust buttons, add appointments, send a message. All from your own computer. Every Monday you get a weekly overview by email.
What's included?
Everything you need. Nothing more.
HELP button
For moments of online doubt: a suspicious email, a too-urgent pop-up. One red button sends a family member an SMS so they can call back. Not for medical emergencies.
Daily check-in
The user taps 'I feel good' in the morning. You get a message. If it doesn't come: an alert.
Calendar
Appointments you add appear on the day itself on the user's screen.
Photo contacts
One tap on a child's photo calls or opens WhatsApp.
WhatsApp works directly
No username, no password. Just WhatsApp Web inside the calm environment.
Weekly report
Every Monday a summary of activity, check-ins and anything to be aware of.
Who is it for?
Clearly Screen is built for people over 75 who want to stay independent online. Often a parent, partner, family member or neighbour. Also helpful for anyone with cognitive challenges or a learning disability. Set it up once, then it runs on its own.
Not for: people who manage their computer perfectly well already (they don't need this), or serious dementia where professional care is needed (Clearly Screen is not a medical alarm).
