Clearly Screen places a calm layer over the existing computer. Family configures from anywhere what appears on the screen. No new device, no course, no new account for the user. The real bank, the real WhatsApp, the real family contacts. Just made findable.

What

A SaaS tool with an admin screen for family and a calm start screen for the user. The user runs a free desktop app for Windows; family manages everything remotely from any computer or phone. £9.95 per month. 30 days free.

Our principles

  • Built independently. No investors looking to sell in two years. A product to grow with, not to flip.
  • No ads, no tracking. The user never sees an ad. No Google Analytics on the start screen, no Facebook pixels, no data sales.
  • Your data stays yours. Request a full export and you get it within 7 days. On cancellation, everything is deleted within 30 days.
  • Hosted in Europe. Servers at Supabase EU and Vercel EU-edge. Fully GDPR-compliant.
  • No vendor lock-in. If the service ever stops, you get 6 months notice plus a full data export.

What Clearly Screen is not

Not a medical alarm. The HELP button sends an SMS to family, not an ambulance. In medical emergencies, 112 (or your local emergency number) remains the right call.

Not a care provider. No replacement for home care, case management or professional support. A tool that lightens the load for those who care.

Not Big Brother. The user sees exactly what family sees. Set things up with the person, not over their head.

Works alongside real emergency services

Clearly Screen is not a replacement for dedicated medical alarm services. The HELP button is for online doubt and everyday questions, not falls or medical emergencies.

If your loved one needs a real personal alarm, look into proven services like Lifeline (UK councils), Telecare, or similar in your country. They are staffed 24/7 and trigger an actual response, not just an SMS. Clearly Screen sits next to those, not instead of them.
